We offer a 4 hour call to fix throughout Northern Ireland. This means that we will have your system up and running again within 4 hours from the point where the support call is logged with us. Here is a quick example of how this service works: 12.00 : Call logged To acheive this solution we need to store spare hardware or "buffer stock" to be installed in the event of a failure. This is an integral part of the service. We can provide a break-fix service seven days a week during hours defined by our customer.
