Break-fix Support

Keeping your business going. That's the main philosophy behind the break-fix support service. Let's say, for example, your barcode scanner stops working on your till - you'd want it back up and running again as soon as possible? That's where we come in; we would dispatch an engineer with a replacement barcode scanner and have your till up and running again within the service level agreement (SLA) timeframe.

4 hour call to fix

We offer a 4 hour call to fix throughout Northern Ireland. This means that we will have your system up and running again within 4 hours from the point where the support call is logged with us.

How do we acheive this?
Rather than waste time diagnosing and repairing the problem with your hardware on site we simply swap the complete unit for another known good unit. The removed hardware will then be sent back to your allocated repair centre for diagnosis and repair and eventually placed back into the hardware pool.

Here is a quick example of how this service works:

12.00 : Call logged
12.30 : Engineer dispatched with replacement part
13.45 : Replacement part installed
13.46 : Call is closed in real time by engineer from site
16.00 : Engineer returns with faulty hardware
16.30 : Faulty hardware packaged for transportation and returned to allocated service centre on a next day basis

To acheive this solution we need to store spare hardware or "buffer stock" to be installed in the event of a failure. This is an integral part of the service.

We can provide a break-fix service seven days a week during hours defined by our customer.
